I've had a few on here... I would add that this list is more like a bucket list type thing. They are the kind of places you should go try but some of them are more along the lines of fun burger joints rather than amazing burgers. It isn't like the food is to die for. In some cases, like Bogey's it's a great fun place and it's cheap too but it's not a world class burger or something. It is one of my favorite places though. I do swing by there whenever I'm in Hutch. Cozy is a really neat experience because it takes you back in time but if it's the only reason you drove to Salina, and it's all over in a matter of 15 minutes, you might feel like it was short lived. It's something you do if you are there for another reason. The Q's place in Hays is completely normal in my opinion. It was definitely good, but I wouldn't tell someone to skip going to Gellas so they could have a burger at Q's by any means.

I do love visiting places though. If I were going to list my absolute favorite burger it would be the Memphis burger at River City right here in Wichita. It is glorious.

Obviously many of us will know bionic burger. Its good but man I can't eat there very often... And Fizz? I guess I better go try it again or something. I had it several years ago and I've lost track.

Big Bam's in Shawnee is good, but the best burger on the Kansas side in KC is Grand Stand Burgers, corner of Antioch and Merriam Drive in Merriam.

Like Dave said, there is a Bogey's in Hutch. As the name implies it has a old-time cinema theme. Around here they are known more for their shakes, of which they have countless flavors. Their burgers are greasy-spoon decent but I usually get the pork tenderloin. My oldest son's first job was at Bogey's. They put him on the fryers and he hated it. If you're not a female, you don't get to work in the front.

          Fizz?

I can't believe they are the list.

I love Fizz. I just didn't care for the fries the first time I went there, but they've been good every time since.

We enjoy Fizz but it is either a hit or a miss when we have eaten there. Really good or very pedestrian, which means over priced when they miss.

My son and I ate at Fizz once. It was good. We particularly enjoyed the root beer options.

Just tell them to leave the mayo off.

Shouldn't Ty's Diner be on that list somewhere?

It has been years since I've been there but TJ's Burger House used to be the best in town IMO.
