Kansas sees snow, tornadoes on same day

Sunday was a day for quirky Kansas weather.

A tornado touched down in Harper County.

Snow predicted in northwest Kansas.

And in between? Plenty of rain and mist.

It was quite the variety for a mid-December’s day.
