Does anyone else here have a WSU student who was living in student housing and has reviewed their online account with regards to the housing/meal plan/parking refunds they issued last week?
In a nutshell, though my son's account was paid in full, the accounting of the refund is offfset by credits in the Housing section, effectively resulting in an account balance of zero, just as it was before. I'm having difficulty making sense of it on the surface. I need to get the data in Excel and see what I'm missing, but would appreciate the thoughts of other WSU parents.
